We provide a central service database which clients can record call-outs, enquire on progress, nominate service times and dates, review completion of projects and timeframes as well as prioritize works.

This provides reassurance to the client that the service call-out has been registered and that a response will be as efficient as possible and also provides a review process for response times and recurrence of problems.
